DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery options available are based on average cost of delivery including packaging and insurance. We will email or SMS your tracking number upon dispatch of your order.

Ordinary Parcel Mail - Post Office to Post Office
  • Delivery approximately 5 working days from warehouse dispatch.
  • Collection at your designated post office.
  • You will be required to show an ID at collection and to present your tracking number.
  • We will send your tracking number to your e-mail address and (if available) to your cell phone as soon as we have dispatched your order.
  • On occasion the Post Office doesn't send out the collection slip straight away, so it's a good idea to phone them and check whether your parcel has already arrived.
  • Call 0860-111-502 to track your order, or track your parcel online at South African Post Office. Cost R35.00 per item.
Speed Services - Delivery to Post Office Counter
  • Delivery 24-48 hours from Warehouse dispatch.
  • Collection at your designated post office counter.
  • You will be required to show an ID at collection and to present your tracking number.
  • We will send your tracking number to your e-mail address and (if available) to your cell phone as soon as we have dispatched your order.
  • Call 0860-023-133 or visit Speed Services to track your lingerie delivery. Cost R75.00 per item.
Courier - Delivery to your door
  • Delivery 24-72 hours from warehouse dispatch.
  • Provide a physical address where you or the recipient will be available during the day.
  • We will send your tracking number to your e-mail address and (if available) to your cell phone as soon as we have dispatched your order.
  • We will supply the details of the courier upon dispatch. Cost R95.00 per item.
Walk In - Collection from showroom
  • Collection from our showroom and offices.
  • Provide the receipt and proof of payment.
  • There is no additional cost per item for this method of shipping.

RETURNING AN ITEM
To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:
  • Detach the top of your invoice and keep it for your records.
  • Complete the return reason form on the invoice.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all items and paperwork.
  • All items must be returned in original unused condition, within 7 working days from receipt, to ensure exchange.
  • Enclose the bottom perforated portion of your invoice with the item. If you can not send your invoice, please include their order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
  • Make a copy of the packing slip for your reference.
  • Affix the pre-addressed label onto your return package.
  • Before sending their return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Deliver your package to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Go Kart Golf Karts SA cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • E-mail us the tracking number of your parcel once you've sent it.
  • We regret that postage, packaging and insurance will not be refunded, unless the garment was manufacturer defective or damaged.
RETURN STATUS
  • Return times can vary depending on the delivery method chosen when sending the return.
  • If you are returning a item without a pre-authorized shipping label, we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.
  • It may take up to 14 days for the exchange to be done once the return has been received.
